Pagani Chef’s participation in iMEAT 2023, a trade fair dedicated to the meat sector and in particular to all activities in the retail butchery, delicatessen and specialised catering sectors, ended on 28 March with great success. Many visitors passed by our stand and were able to attend the live demonstration on the preparation of hand-tied artisan cooked ham.
The trade fair was the ideal opportunity to present all the solutions and novelties, making for a true all-round sensory experience. An explosion of taste among new fragrant gluten-free breadcrumbs and new mixtures for the preparation of emulsions, chicken burgers and gravy sauce (brown juice). But that’s not all… New packagings for our top best sellers in the DECOR – GRILL – RUB lines and a new version of the iconic Gustosì bottle with hot-embossed branding.

Pagani Chef was once again one of the undisputed protagonists of this edition of iMEAT together with the renewed partnership with Epta, a leading global player in commercial refrigeration which, with its Eurocryor brand, produces showcases dedicated to prestigious points of sale that guarantee perfect and complete food preservation.
For the event, Epta supplied the Eurocryor Comfort display cabinets, low environmental impact solutions that combine technology, top level performance and design in pure Italian style, making them ideal for preserving the organoleptic properties and enhancing the taste of Fratelli Pagani and Pagani Chef brand blends.
