The Research and Development Laboratory has always worked in the identification and study phases of new market trends, in order to anticipate and satisfy the Client’s needs and requirements through the proposal of innovative products and solutions. Thanks to the strong know-how and expertise built up over the years, on average, on an annual basis it increases by 30% the volume of studies carried out, of which about 80% is finalized.

02. SKYBRIDGE FLAVOUR
Our Flavour Lab works closely with R&D department for the creation of tailored flavours, with the aim to offer an excellent service in line with the customer’s specific needs. Thanks to advanced procedures and technologies, to the wide availability of more than 1000 aromatic substances and to the large offer of flavours in different production solutions, it’s possible to create and develop innovative solutions to make the final product unique.

The Quality Department is characterized by the support and assistance to the Customer, being in the first line to provide official certification to ensure food safety and quality standards and excellence of the Company and its products.
Raw materials and final products are carefully analysed by our Quality Control laboratory through the most rigid parameters, in order to guarantee the customer a safe and controlled product, perfectly in line with the very high quality standards of which we’ ve always been promoters.
The analyses are of different types:

04. SKYBRIDGE TECH
The technical staff will follow the Client (on-site or via remote) both in the production phase and in post-production through an efficient consultancy on the application of the product and a results check.
The goal is to provide an exclusive and complete service that supports the customer in the creation of a unique and customized product in all phases of the project.
