NEW NATURAL FLAVOURS FOR COOKED, INJECTED AND RESTRUCTURED PRODUCTS

Fratelli Pagani is pleased to present the two new natural flavours for cooked, injected and restructured products, developed by our “X-Flavour” Flavour Laboratory as a response to the need of adding completely natural taste notes to your meat.

The flavours, in fact, contain natural umami enhancers of the taste and aromatic notes of the product.

The main characteristic of these products is the encapsulation of the flavour, which allows it to resist at its best both in the processing phases (it resists oxidative processes and thermal treatments) and during the shelf life of the finished product.

Among the flavours studied by our Laboratory, we would like to underline:

– AROMA COTTO ANTICO SAPORE
The product enhances the typical vegetable and aromatic notes of the product, and gives a light note of boiled meat.

 AROMA GRAN COTTO
The product enhances the meat notes typical of the product, and also gives a delicate vegetable and aromatic note.
