Fratelli Pagani S.p.A., specialist in the production of flavours, spices and exclusive ingredients for the food industry, proudly announces the opening of its new subsidiary in Spain ‘Fratelli Pagani Ibérica‘. This is an important step for the Company, which aims to consolidate its presence in the key European market of the Iberian Peninsula, as well as an indispensable bridge to create new business opportunities for international expansion.
Coinciding with the creation of Fratelli Pagani Ibérica, with the aim of interpreting the tastes and needs of local consumers, the Company has recently sealed a valuable partnership with Pimursa, a historic Spanish family business specialising in paprika, founded in 1965 and based in Murcia.
The operation carried out during the year was completed last September. Building on the extensive know-how accumulated over the years, this operation reinforces the core Company’s values, including Made in Italy quality, high standard of finished products, constant customer care and service, and long-term vision. The operation has been supported by Clarefield International and the Italian consultancy Next Advisor.
The creation of Fratelli Pagani Ibérica allows the Company, on the one hand, a significant expansion of its production capacity and, on the other hand, access to an exclusive package of new references: more than 150 traditional Spanish formulas which will join Fratelli Pagani’s existing 1,400 formulas with on-site production and personnel. Thanks to the Spanish branch, the Company will also benefit from a strong sales network throughout Spain.
