3 NEW FLAVOURS FOR DRY SALAMI AND DRY SAUSAGES
Fratelli Pagani has a wide range of specific products, Functional Ingredients and Taste enhancers able to give consistency and fragrance to any type of meat, suitable for Dry salami and Dry sausages.
In order to complete the Aromatic profile and to achieve a better flavour, many seasoning mixes are available in powder to achieve a smoother taste and scented flavour without altering pH values and to maintain the sweetness of a product which is what makes it so typical and appreciated worldwide.
In this way, 'Skybridge R&D' Department with the participation of the new 'Skybridge X-FLAVOUR Department' have formulated three new Flavours with meat and spicy notes.
SALAMI AROMA 52125
The predominant notes are pepper and sweet spices such as nutmeg and mace, with a slight touch of garlic. There is a note of mature meat (mould) that recalls the classic 'Italian Salami'.
SALAMI AROMA 52128
Characteristic notes of pepper and sweet spices such as mace, nutmeg and garlic. There is a note of slightly roasted meat.
NATURAL FLAVOURING SALAMI 52129
Flavour and light notes of pepper and sweet spices and with a hint of garlic. A natural essence of meat is highlighted with a sweet taste that enhances the other notes present.
